TracVueTM
Peak Performance. Period.
TracVueTM tracking and safety system products are being offered to potential partners as working prototypes, all available for licensing at nominal fees. Partners may update prototype designs, manufacture to their own specifications, brand and market as they see fit.
Indoor and Outdoor Real-Time MHE Tracking with Safety and Impact Monitoring
TracVueTM is a Real-Time Location System (RTLS) using a fusion of technologies to track mobile assets across the entire facility, inside and out. View locations of vehicles, including lifts, AGVs, yard horses, maintenance, and emergency response, in real-time on a live map of the facility, accessed from anywhere. Safety features, designed to promote careful driving behavior, alert operators and staff to unsafe actions or conditions, and management and response teams to emergency events.Operator awareness of the tracking process naturally encourages greater accountability, efficiencies, and throughput from weaker performers, resulting in reduced labor requirements and related costs. Equally important, the improved team productivity gives the stronger performers a critical boost in morale, vital for employee retention. Meaningful KPIs can provide a basis for management expressing appreciation when due, another key morale booster, and giving operators tangible metric standards for which they can strive.
In sum, a safer and more productive work environment increases operator job satisfaction and loyalty, helping the company to earn a strong workplace reputation to aid in drawing employees, while reducing employment and safety-related costs, such as overtime, training, downtime, staff overhead, insurance, healthcare, and OSHA fines.
TracVueTM features include:
• Real-time tracking of mobile assets,
• Location history allows for accident investigation, productivity, and indications for necessary additional training,
• Safety data collected, related to actionable statuses such as impact data in a crash event,
• Optional vehicle on-board siren activation on a crash impact,
• Any operator may trigger emergency alerts and on-board siren manually,
• Alerts issued to office staff, management and response teams as needed, including visual, audible, text and/or email for:
o Crash and excessive dock plate impacts,
o Operator reporting an emergency,
o Moving violations such as driving in restricted areas,
o Vehicle idle time thresholds exceeded, and
o Indoor and outdoor temperature and humidity conditions exceeding safe thresholds.
• Individual operator KPIs: movement, idle and seat time as a % of total shift time, distance traveled, pick-up & putaway counts,
• MHE traffic congestion heat maps and location breadcrumbs to identify bottleneck points,
• MHE fleet usage monitoring, such as monthly hours logged and distance traveled by each vehicle,
• Operator status, such as logged in and presence in vehicle,
• Office message alerts to individual or groups of operators, and
• Remote viewing of facility map, which includes alerts for events and KPIs below thresholds.
TracVueTM applications and devices, designed for ease of installation and requiring minimal client involvement, use a combination of Wi-Fi, RFID, Optical and GPS technologies for complete facility tracking. This keeps setup and annual costs drastically lower than competitors using technologies such as UWB and BLE, which require costly installation and maintenance of new electronic devices and infrastructures. As the low-cost provider in the RTLS industry,
TracVueTM is not only the most cost-effective system, but integrates safety features not found with most other systems.
