TracVueTM tracking and safety system products are being offered to potential partners as working prototypes, all available for licensing at nominal fees. TracVueTM future features will include:• Pedestrians:
o Location tracking,
o Tracking history,
o Collision avoidance with MHE, AGVs,
o Ability to report emergency situations.
o Man-down, fall detection, and
o Distress button.
• Vehicle telemetry and condition:
o Speed,
o Movement, forward and reverse,
o Loaded status,
o Height of load, and
o Excess movement with lifted load.
• Alerts:
o Pedestrians in close proximity to MHE, AGVs,
o MHE in close proximity to AGVs, other vehicles and fixed assets,
o MHE moving violations:
- Travel in restricted areas,
- Wrong way travel in one-way,
- Speeding in speed-limited zones, and
- Not stopping where required.
o Unsafe movements:
- Excessive speed when turning based on load status,
- Excessive moving with open clamps or folks without a load, and
- Operator not looking in direction of travel.
o Unauthorized use of cell phone detected,
o Improper seat-belt usage,
o Sound events:
- Not blowing horn at designated stops, and
- Not blowing horn for specific moves, i.e., exiting a storage location.
• Operator guidance LEDs for assistance in properly placing and retrieving loads,
• Limiting of vehicle speed in speed zone,
• Vehicle lock-out or turtle-mode on crash event,
• Text messaging between office and operator or operator groups,
• Auto-scan RFID to eliminate operator hand-scanning of product and location barcodes, and
• Emergency mustering alerts to all on-site with real-time location management.
